  3. Hello fellow slevers, I had my surgery on 02/16/12 and so far I've lost 36 lbs.
  4. I had surgery on 02/16/12 and as of today I'm down a whopping 34 lbs. A Yeah! I started at 295 and I'm down to 261 (10 lbs preop) well anyway I noticed that I've been on a stall for the last week :-( also my Dr hasn't cleared me for any real exercise yet. My surgery went great no real pain no meds to take home afterwards so I've been blessed. I went back too work 4 days after surgery (stayed in the hospital 2 days). I'm thinking I should start an exercise routine. Any suggestions?
