Am I Doing To Much ?

I'm taking in around 1000-1200 calories a day and I'm going to the gym 2 times a day 30-45 min. On the elliptical in the morning and the same in the afternoon. Am I burning to many calories ? Am I doing to much ? I'm 6 weeks postop. I'm a 32 year old male 215lbs down from 257lbs.

I dont think you are doing to much. How are you feeling? Your body would tell you if you are doing too much I am sure. Keep up the good work, I wish I was as motivated as you!

That sounds right to me. I'm six weeks also and cleared to exercise as much as I want/can. Your calories sound great for how much you're exercising. Congrats on your excellent weight loss!

Thank you do much...I'm just scared I'm going to screw up. I'm scared to over eat. I had to remove my scale

From my bathroom because I was becoming neurotic about stepping on it.

Why twice a day? You are going to burn out.

I work overnights...and I have a lot of energy and a lot of free time on my hands
