Hoping to get sleeved June 18. Starting to make small changes so that I can maximize my success! Working on changing how I drink Water, to thinking about recipes for making tastier clear Soups.
Questions: I've seen some say the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury soups are gross and some say they are good. Opinions again, please.
Cream soups: does that mean you eat cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, for example, but either strain out the solids or blenderize them?
Does anybody have any good recipes for making your own tasty clear soups for the first few weeks? As in, making an actual Soup with chicken or beef and veggies and straining out the solids? Is this permissable? I'm just thinking that plain ol chicken broth from the can is gonna get old, and they also said to limit salt intake.
I am getting excited and I love this message board! It's been SO helpful!
