Scared

I am so looking forward to have my surgery date, but also I am very scared. I am ready to make the change in my life, but I am really wondering how the people around me react.

I am right there with you... I'm excited but scared at the same time...I've been pretty lucky with people around me supporting me, but I'm beginning to wonder how it will be after my surgery, will they still be supportive or jealous? Cuz most of the people I hang around are heavy now and when I get healthy will they still support me?

Who cares what they think... at least you doing something to make yourself healthy! Everyone in my house was very supportive. And... they are all eating healthier, because I do the cooking & I don't cook like I use to! Good luck, the sleeve was the best decision I ever made!

I say don't worry about what people around you think. There is always going to be someone out there that is jealous or that just doesn't understand. If they are truly your friend they will stand by you and support you in this exciting journey. Remember you are doing this for yourself !!! YOU DESERVE THIS!!!! :D
