So the scheduler called today to said she received all my clearances for surgery. She then said the doc has three other complicated surgeries scheduled on 3/19 so they bumped me from 3/19 to 3/21. A little disappointed but I'd rather not have a tired surgeon at the end of the day so I'm going in at 5:30 am on 3/21.

I have my Post-Op nutrition class on Monday, 3/12 for 2 hours. Then pre-op consult with the surgery on Friday, 3/16.

Moving right along!!!

I'm scheduled for 3/21 also!!! I have done all my pre-op appointments with my NUT and the doc. I even had an IVC filter placed on 3/8 in preparation for surgery. I'm so excited!!

@missmarbe what is an IVC filter? this one is new to me?

Now you are one of my sleeve twins! 3/21 big things are happening. I have to be in the hospital at 5:30. Due to my latex allergy I am first on the table. Woo hoo counting down. Although I really want some Chiptole.
