Hi everyone! I am a new member to the site and my surgery is scheduled for this Monday March the 12. I am excited but also nervous about the weeks to come. My main goal after the surgery is to get to a healthy weight where I can play with my beautiful 4 year old daughter without getting tired quickly. I started at 261 and I am 5 foot 4 inches tall. I have lost ten lbs during my two week pre-op liquid diet so currently at 251. I am very excited to have found this site before my surgery!!!!!!

Wow Pixie, you go girl! That gives me So much encouragement since I am 2 1/2 weeks post op and just gained back 2 lbs, so net loss is 272-247, so 25 lbs. I am also still a size 22, although getting loose, I so want to get into a 14-16 and shop regular stores! Please keep me posted as we have similar stats...how much are you walking, working out? That is my weakness, still feel heavy and tired:(

Can someone recommend something I could wear that would help me get accurate calorie burned numbers while working out. I want one that is accurate but not to expensive. I worked out on my WII today with the biggest loser game and did a 20 minute moderate level full body work out as well as a warm up and cool down and it said I burned less than 100 calories (measured I guess by me holding wii remote). The work out consisted of lunges, push ups, jumping jacks, planking, etc and my heart rate was up and I was sweating so I find it hard to believe I burned less than 100 calories..... Thanks in advance for any suggestions. and I am LOVING my sleeve! Oh... one more thing... an NSV... I measured today and I have lost 18 inches in the last month and a half... that makes the stall I have been at for over a week ok :)

I think if you click on the actual ticker in your signature line it should lead you to update? I believe that's the case, I don't have a VST ticker but is the case with ticker factory. Congrats on Onederlan!!! :D

I have not been working out much...that is my struggle so I have gotta start that soon since my weight loss has slowed down now.

Glad to see you are doing so well. Can you believe a size 12? Crazy isn't it? Congrats on all the success!
