All Over Body Pain

I'm 24 days out and this morning I woke up in soooooo much pain. Not pain from my surgical site- all over body pain. Bad enough that I'm considering busting out my pain meds from surgery.

I've been lucky if I get in 30g of Protein every day and I'm wondering if the two are somehow related. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'd say this is a question for your doc or nutritionist. Probably is caused by the lack of protein, but better safe than sorry. :)

I agree with LIssa. Go to the doc and have him do bloodwork. Something could be out of whack - Iron, B12, potassium, Protein, etc. You won't know what to do differently without proper medical diagnosis. One thing you could do - make sure you are getting enough fluids - dehydration is always a potential problem. Dehydrations makes you all over weak, shaky and feeling bad.

Go to the doc ASAP.!

I agree that you need to go see the doc because you will be stressing out on this until you know what it is. If they can't get you in, then call the doc's office on the phone and tell them what's going on. Meanwhile, try to drink more fluids and get some protein in. Let us know how your doing. :o

Already have a call in! I pretty much worship the ground my doc walks on so he's always my first stop- but I was curious to see if anyone else had a similar experience.
