Go to a Sleeve Dr in your area and talk to them, they will get you approve if possible.... best of luck to you ♥

I have medicare and medical and I was rejected here in California. They offered bypass because the sleeve was "too experimental" So I got a loan and am doing it in Mexico :)

Different states have different policies when it comes to WLS. Here in Ohio to be approved for Sleeve I *believe* you have to have a BMI over 50, and a six month diet, or have been diagnosed with one or more co-morbid illness. And then I believe you still have tons of loops to jump through to be approved!
