Yay! I Am Overweight :)

I know how to everyone else it would seem ridiculous, but one of my biggest goals was to hit a BMI under 30. Today I finally hit that and after 5 months of working my butt off, it sure is nice to just be overweight.

I have gone down 13 bmi in 5 months? anyone know if that is good, too slow or just about on par?

It's amazing, but if it is average or not (or what is average on here), or safe, I am not sure.

That is a wonderful goal for you! I'm glad you have made it. That said, don't worry about wether or not you're keeping up with others. That will just end up bringing you down if you don't feel like you are measuring up. Be proud of your successes and all the goals you are tacking on to your "sleeve".
