A couple days ago I posted a story called disappointed. After I posted it I started the 5-day pouch test and I'm currently on day 2 and in 1 day I lost 3 pounds!!! If u are struggling like I was I seriously advise u to do this! If u don't know what the pouch test is, it's on YouTube and on google. It's easy to follow. And I'm proud that stuck with it! I'm ready to get back on track.

Yes, and for those of you who had surgery else where and don't know how to follow a bariatric diet or when to progress go to THE CORNELL DIET. This will help you out with that problem as well. . . good luck all!

I never heard of the cornell diet. I might have to take a look at it.
