So I am 13 days post op. I got my surgery done in another country. The diet given by the surgeon worked well while I was still out of the country, but now that I am back home. Hundreds of miles away from the types of liquids i was nourishing myself with and I dont want to stall on my weight loss. So Far I am super hungry ALL the time. My diet mainly consisted of sugar free liquid yogurt, milk, soup broth, and jello made to drink only. But i cannot do only this diet anymore. At first i was satisfied now im beginning to feel depressed bc these liquids just arent enough! So my question is What do people eat on a regular basis? breakfast, lunch, dinner? Sugar free or not? PLEASE let me know. Thank You!
