Day 3 of liquid diet. Only get 3 protein shakes a day plus water and decaff tea. I'm getting a headache today and I'm a little crankier than usual. I have to go grocery shopping for the family in a bit. I think I'm a bit dehydrated though. I am not fond of the New Direction Bariatric Shakes. Hopefully this is just a quick wall and I'll get over it eventually.
