  • Okay hun; You are headed for disaster - aka emergency room if you do not get help or help yourself. I am baffled at why your doctors office refused to acknowledge your need to help. Get a shot gl

  • Thanks everyone for all the great advise you have no idea how you all helped me. I happened to have pepermint tea in house and amazingly it went down without any problems i also started the sf popsicl

  • Try warm liquids.....they usually go down easier. Broth or herbal teas. You can also suck on SF popsicles.

One thing I tried was sipping a 5 Hour Energy. I got the idea from a post on here. When you can't eat and drink, you feel terrible. The drink gave me energy and helped me feel so much better. Just something you might want to try. Hot tea was also a life saver for me. The first couple of weeks are hard, but I promise you will get better each and every day. Hugs!

5 hour energy has caffeine which is a diuretic and will contribute to further dehydration. Just a heads up.

SoBe Lifewater is my friend. Has good vitamins, flavor and no sugar. It also still tastes good warm.
