What kind of excerise did you do the six weeks after your new band?

I want to hire a personal trainer but I think that I shoud wait until I am six weeks out!!!!!!! What do you guys think?

walk for the next 6 weeks, then hire a personal trainer. Heck, I would even wait 8 to 10 weeks on the personal trainer and just test your body for those 2 to 4 weeks after you are given the all clear. A personal trainer may want you to jump into a full routine, and that might not be good for your still healing body. Just take it slow!!
