How many carbs are you getting in? My guess is not enough. At 6 mos out, depending on your activity level, I'm thinking you should be somewhere between 75 and 100 g/day. How close to goal are you?

And I'm talking about good carbs, not cookie carbs. Cooked veggies, fruits and whatnot.

I went through a fatigue phase early on and this is what my NUT told me. Increase my carbs. Have you consulted your NUT?

YES I was still soooo tired at 6 months. I had stopped taking my Vitamins (mistake). Make sure you are taking your vitamins and eating enough. B6 should help too.

Have your doctor check your blood work to see if your Iron levels are OK.

OH NO! Please do not mess with this! I have been trying to get my ferrtin levels up for months now and I just can't seem to do it. Now I have to double up on my multi Vitamin and I was taking iron (SOOO GROOOSSS). But I do feel better. I was so weak, and tired and cold and felt sick, not a good place to be.

Just make sure you take your Vitamins with food, and you should be good to go :) best wishes!!!!
