Stall Breaker

Has anyone experienced a stall and then began the 14 day pre op diet to break it? I am considering this and wondered if it worked. I need to get my self back into ketosis!

Absolutely, I have endured a lot of stalls all through my weight loss times. I did go very low carbs for a few days (not weeks) to break the cravings. I would then keep my carbs semi low for a good long time. This would always end my stalls and I'd be back to loserville.

Good luck! :)

See, but if you are staying low carb normally it is going the opposite way. You have to confuse your body abit.

i just broke my stall of several weeks and busted into the 100's for the first time in 11 years by uping my protien (and calories) to 80 grams per day. Woooo!!!! I don't do low carb.
