That's awesome! I had my sleeve surgery 9/20/11. I am 5'1 and 56 years old. I weighed 225 during my classes and lost 10lbs before surgery. So I was at 215 before surgery.I am now at 194, It seems like its going slowly, so I am getting depressed. My delima is my medical insurance has ended and I can not go to the doctor. I don't know what routine to do or what to eat....can you help me?
