Surgery Date Scheduled

Hi - just found this forum and look forward to hearing/reading about your journeys and sharing mine! Surgery scheduled for Dec. 5. All pre-op tests completed and now it's a mental preparation time...

    Congrats!

    I'm just 9 days post opt and what helped me was reading this forum, talking to others, and the pre-op diet.

    I do want to tell you, and this my opinion only, that although I knew what to expect, I was unrealistic in my expectations.

    I can tell you though that I can watch the food Network all day long and nothing phases me. That's amazing.
