Too good to be true?

kellogg's k2o protein water, 5grams of protein and tase great (kiwi strawberry), is this the correct kind of protein? I'd much rather drink this all day and get some additional protein then plain ole water.

    It is it just don't taste the best in the world to me. My dietician said to water it down makes it taste better.
