I had a lot of aches, especially during the night, in the first 2 or 3 months. As I got more to a normal diet they passed. For the cramps, I took a potassium and magnesium supplement. Seemed to help a lot and didn't bother my stomach.

Unfortunately, I have still not had the cold all the time issue. Maybe it's my age but I'm still hot. I'm waiting to see what this winter is like for me. But I think being cold is the normal.

I feel ya its been almost two months and I still have aches and pains and I am always cold! I guess it takes the body a while to heal. I just hope we aren't lacking in vitamins. But also I exercise more so my body could just be adjusting to the new routine. Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon!

Thank you all for posting this!! I thought I was going nuts. I am cold most of the time and have aches and pains not constantly but they will be there one day and gone the next I am one month out of surgery. thanks again it is very helpful to know I am not the only one

Bobbi Lou - ha ha I just posted a new topic about pain and then found your question. I feel better, too, knowing I'm not alone. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm 7 months out and I am freezing all the time! The aches and pains I have are due more to my age I think. But this being cold is getting old. I wonder if the summer will be better.
