Hi. I'm 7 weeks out and I eat almost anything now. Don't be scared, as long as you chew very well, nothing will go wrong. You can have salmon, any kind of fish, chicken, toast, tuna (canned), ground meat, beans hard boiled eggs, omeletes. Try those and you'll see. You've lost a lot, girl! Keep it up! I've only lost 25 pounds, but it's ok.

Why were you in the hospital, if you don't mind my asking? And where did you have your sleeve done?

Hi I agree with Anca, I will be six weeks post op tomorrow. I have moved on to most foods except certain vegetables and salads. Canned tuna, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fish--tilapia, salmon, chicken etc. Try eating something of your choice and take it slow. Good luck!

I had my surgery on July 26th and can eat anything..including taquitos ( rather taquito), small taco, liver and onions, few bites of steak. Just chew chew chew before swallowing.
