I lost 7lbs, but I honestly only did 7 days in stead of the 10!!!

I am on my liquid diet right now, it will be 2 weeks mon i am having surgery on the 30th, it sucks, i feel like i am starving, i am getting all my Protein in, but my god i am so hungry, i have cheated, i had a roll one day and a piece of pizza another, but for the most part just liquids, liquids in liquids out, i feel like i have lost 10 lbs............ahhhhhhhhh not comming soon enough.

I did liquids and one meal a day for 3 weeks. I lost 10 lbs. My DR didn't required a preop, but I did.

I'm on the preop diet for the week prior, getting sleeved on Monday 29th. I cheated twice...once with a bologna sammich and once with a small frozen pizza. So far I've dropped about 10 pounds.
