Another UTI???

I'm about 7 1/2 months out, and on my 3rd UTI. I had only ever had 1 in my life pre-op, so it's pretty obvious to me that something has changed. I've also had strep twice, so in 7 months I've been on antibiotics 5 times. All my 6 months labs came back fine, but I'm wonderig if something was missed. Anyone else have their immune system seemingly go on strike post-op?
