Before surgery my real age was 60.... after surgery it was 55.... I am 58 years old.

This surgery and my lifestyle changes have gained me 5 years from what it was before surgery! I less than a year. Not bad.

If I do a few more simple things, it can go down even more.

This website gives you a list of things you can do to get even better results the next time you update your test.

hahaha ok so my real age according to this test is 44.7 my actual age is 44.5

My age according to the site is 48.5, and I'm turning 49 on Sunday. :-) I think if I were to plug in my pre-surgery numbers and behaviors, I'd be horrified by the "real age," so I figure I've gained a BUNCH of time.

I took this awhile back when I was heavy and my real age was five years older than my actual age. I took it tonight and my real age was 28.2. I turned 32 last Saturday. I've gained 9 years since VSG. Woo Hoo!

that could still change... Read up on their suggestions to bring your number down... Sometimes we may have one or two things that really bring the number up..
