Missing eating

I'm getting sleeved next week in Dallas (Castro) and I'm really kind of scared that I am going to miss eating large portions of food. Is this normal ? I ended my food funeral tonight and start with my liquid Pre op diet tomorrow. What do you do when you just want the sensation of chewing food?

I am post op 1 week and I to am missing t he satisfaction of stuffing my face lol but its not as bad as I thought it would be ....im suprised at how string I have been mentally

I missed the eating in the pre-op diet, but after I have not really. I take a few bites and I am satisfied. Unfortunately we cannot eat like pigs AND be thin and healthy. I made my choice, and I do not regret it. I am going to be a much happier, healthier person. So what if you miss eating a lot? You will be thin and healthy and that's much more rewarding.
