Update to surgery 9 Aug, Yikes!

So i made it! I went in at 110KG (how happy was i?)

The surgery went well but OMG the gas pains after were so awful, i am so glad i've passed that stage.

I'm working on getting the Proteins in now and keeping the Fluid intake up.

Thanks for all the well wishes and support the advice on here is great i could not have done without my hot Water bottle and cushion!

    Congrats! I had surgery Aug. 9 as well. We will reach those protein and fluid goals! :)
