So California Sleever

Hello Fellow Fearless Sleevers!!! I will be sleeved in September and am really excited/nervous/curious/scared did I say excited!? I've been overweight my entire life and although never had difficulty losing weight I have never been able to keep it off. After years and years and years of yo-yo dieting I decided I needed a tool to help me keep it off for good. My surgery will be with Dr. Mun in Harbor City. I would love to hear feedback about this doctor.

My experience so far with Kaiser has been outstanding. I completed my classes in Kaiser Hollywood/ Los Angeles a few months ago. I have had no roadblocks and total cooperation with all who are involved in this process. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I just wish I had made the decision earlier.

I have started a more serious diet and exercise program now because I want to be in the best condition possible for surgery in a couple of months. I can't wait to live my new life and I am grateful that you all are here posting your experiences and words of encouragement. I know this is one of the forums I've looked to for advice and for encouragement when making my decision. Thank You ;)

Hi AMo! I also am a September sleever. Just got word today. Started the process in February. I will get my surgery date after I complete the pre-op testing and get my PCP's clearance. I wish you the best. This is finally going to happen for us!
