3 week post op tomorrow

So tomorrow is my 3 week post op and i would like to know what can i add to my diet.. I cant wait to start on regular foods.. Also i feel I am at a stall. I that possible so soon. from last week till this week i only lost 2 more lbs ... I getting depressed.. I wanna lose this weight ..

Do you have a follow up appointment with your Dr? He/She can tell you if its ok to progress.

Stalls, from what I've read, usually last more than 2 weeks. It happens. The body loses weight on its own terms and overall weightloss includes period of no loss.

I already went to my first follow up appt almost 2 weeks ago .. i go back july 27
