Not having Linda there was sad. I miss her so much. Linda was there for me from the beginning, from the first appointment with the cardiologist to sleep study doctors from hell to spending the night after my surgery. My God I will never find another friend like that.:think But I am blessed, he has given me new friends, not to replace, but to add to the love. The lap band support group has been an intrical part of my weight loss and I thank absolutly each and everyone of you.

Hope you had a Happy Bandiversary Teresita. Sorry I missed it. I have been on vacation since June 29 and had not logged on to a computer til today.

Thank you, I enjoyed myself. It is hard to believe it has been a year. I am truly blessed, I haven't had any complications with my band, my surgeon is wonderful, I want to exercise and I have actually lost weight. LOL God Is Good!!
