I'm stuffed!

I just ate most of a greek yogurt and half of an Atkins protein shake over the past 3-4 hours and I'm SO FULL. I can't express how happy this makes me. I feel like I'll actually be able to lose weight and keep it off this time and it's the most hopeful I've been since I got fat in the first place. I could cry. This feeling is worth giving up burritos and lasagna. I'm shocked to feel so good today when I was so miserable just a few days ago. Now if I could just get rid of this dizziness. Haha.

Good for you! Yes, the sleeve really works - especially once you move on to more solid food. There will be more ups and downs emotionally, but I am really happy for you that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel today. My exhaustion / dizziness stuck around for several weeks. For me, the calorie defecit was hard to handle. But now I feel great and I am so happy every day that I have the sleeve!

Wishing you the best---

YAY FOR YOU!!

I too was really dizzy in the beginning. MY bp was getting regulated and I was anemic. I still get lightheaded and feel as if I will pass out if I get up too fast or bend over sometimes! It is WEIRD!!

Just take it easy if you feel that way for a bit and you will be o.k. it just takes our bodies time to adjust.

Kelly :)
