Tomorrow, I'm gonna try this recipe I saw on Simple Recipes:

chicken breast in saran wrap and drop it in Water you have brought to a boil. As the water cools, the chicken breast continues to cook. Sounds like an easy way to get some moist chicken meat. I know the crockpot works, but for those of us who are not feeding a family, the crockpot makes way too much.
