I just got a call and they are moving my surgery date up to June 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from the 28th. I'm kind of, well, totally freaking out now!!!! That is 6 days away!!!!

Cool! Less time to stress over it. I scheduled mine about 3.5 months after insurance approval which was pretty silly. Good luck to you!

Thanks y'all. I really think this is for the best. Had I waited to June 28th I would of driven myself insane worrying. I'm starting my new job August 2nd so this gives me more time to recover before I start chasing around Kindergarteners. I'm a teaching assitant.

My daughter will turn 8 on June 23rd and she got pretty emotional when I told her I was having surgery sooner. She is worried I won't feel good for her party. I reassured her that most likely I will feel good and even showed her a couple of minitues a youtube vid (Dana VSGandme2011) and she felt better after seeing that.

Wow! Congrats on the luck of moving up to a sooner date! That's terrific!
