Thank you for the good wishes. To say I am not scared would be a lie, but I am determined to see this through. I want to thank everyone on this site for the wonderful support, information and fellowship that I have found here.

I am truly humbled.

Needless to say, I will be back after surgery with many more questions, concerns and uncertainties. I hope you will all still be here. I know you will.

Thank you,

Valentina :grouphug:

Good luck tomorrow!

Lordy!! There are quite a few Jewels of June going this week. How much tripe would that weigh out to be, I wonder!!!! Yuck, I know...

Good luck fellow "Jewels of June"!!

My surgery is tomorrow morning, too! Lets DO THIS!!

Yay! So exciting! Please update as soon as you can after surgery!

I nervous the night before. When I went to bed I prayed and gave all my worries to God. I woke up the next morning calm and at peace and felt that way all the way up to the time I fell asleep for surgery! It was a wonderful feeling!:)

I just through a knee replacement in March, so I find that the surgery itself is not frightening me. It is the nausea I have heard about. I don't deal well with it. I never have. I will get through it and begin my new life, but the thought of being nauseous is a tough hurdle for me. I guess I'm just not a good "puker". Isn't it strange how different people have different fears?
