I think if you put this in Post-Op you will probably get lots more answers! (I am only three weeks out so wont answer ;-P)

3 months- 60ish pound

6.5 - 115lbs lost (hit goal)

1 year- 138-140lbs ( dropped about 23-25lbs below goal getting into maintenance and maintained that loss for a year before pregnancy weight hit)

I will be 3 months next week. This week I was down 30 pounds, 50% of my goal. I am VERY HAPPY with my progress. I was a low BMI lap band revision - your mileage may vary.

4 moths and down 100lbs, but I work out like a mad man! Weight loss and the amount of time it takes will be different for everyone, but I think everyone will agree, if you are sleeved, you will lose weight if you follow the rules.
