Does anyone here have any experience with them in Nevada? I'm certain I can get two-year documentation from my PCP of my BMI being over 40 (actually over 50). Now I've hear conflicting details about their needing 90 days of counseling and monitoring or is it six months? With this being June 1st and all I am taking today to start a food journal (if it's necessary) and I work out.
