Houston in da House

Hi!

Glad to see this group formed! Looks like I am only the second person to join! They say everything is BIGGER in Texas, so let's get this group going!

I will Celebrate 6 months of being Sleeved on may 30 and have lost 78 pounds! I love my sleeve.

Hi all, Vance here. I had my op on 3/8/2011 by Dr. Nicholson at Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas. This is a great doc and super facility. Nothing but praise for them. I'm doing great with 54 lbs lost so far and lots more energy. Now I'm enjoying the summer, swimming and doing a lot of yard work. Now I've got a lot of projects that I had been putting off for years that I feel like working on.

I'm surprised to see that there aren't many sleevers here from Houston. I have noticed that a lot of people in Houston are getting banded. Not for me, but good luck with that.

So how have you all been? Whats your statuses now?
