Oh YEAH, I got restriction, baby!

I was a little worried first days out since I had no problem drinking water, eating jello, drinking juices, etc. I didn't have to 'pace' myself to get down the right amount, but I knew from reading here not to panic because liquids are easy. I had a soup in hand tomato soup and it took me almost 45 minutes to drink it and then I was full! WOW, I didn't think that slight difference in texture would be noticeable. It took me about as long to drink a muscle milk! I'm liking this, I'm liking this a lot. Now if only I had a scale!! (methinks I will have to go shopping tomorrow, although I really don't want to own one). I can tell my stomach is flatter and my face is thinner, but my jeans aren't falling off or anything.

it is soooo weird how you can drink liquids and be fine, but try to drink a protein shake or eat some pureed soup and whammo!

i tried to eat watered down refried beans and it was a no-go for me a while a go. they felt stuck in my chest. i am having such a hard time trying to find things that will go down easy that are not liquid. it is getting to be exhausting!

UGH!
