Parsnips

I probably should have asked this before I ate two, but are parsnips a good (:D ) veggie choice or a bad (:angry: ) one??? I just love them.

Good fiber and low in calories! (and not all "fiburous" like celery and corn)

I would say "yes" but then again, every nutritionist has thier own plan for you. (ie, I am forbidden Protien shakes)

I would just be careful since they are a root veggie, that thy are higher in carbs.....moderation is key, isn't it?? :)

So I'm a month late on this, and I'm not sleeved yet, but I don't think anyone of us got overweight from eating too many parsnips!!
