  3. NSV?? Woke up yesterday and realized I have 2 small bruises strategically place on each inside knee....apparently when I sleep the BONES are sitting atop one another since there is less FAT!

  4. NSV...Just because I can get a size 12 buttoned and zipped up, does NOT mean I should actually wear them in public!

  5. NSV... Fit into ALL of the rides at the State Fair (some with room to spare!)

  6. Also.....you cannot go over your "surgery goal weight" even if you are 1/2 pound over on your surgery day, you WILL be rescheduled. Good luck!! You will be there in no time at all! BTW, I see that you got below your goal, so if you go to your PCP, and get weighed, they can email Richmond and verify so you can get your appt with the case manger.
  7. I was shopping beside a lady this afternoon, and I made a comment that she probably already picked out all the cute clothes.....she gave me a once over and replied "Honey, I think you need to be looking for smaller sizes" God Bless strangers <3

    Jogging and Sprinting

Im just over a month out.....I do some light jogging. (about 20 min at a time) Not where I was prior to surgery though. I find it more because of energy level, and getting lightheaded...not because of pain. (there is no pain) Trust your body. Listen to your Body. You know it better than anyone else.
