Ok so day 10 when I was put on that scale prior to my surgery my 3week pre op diet helped me losse 19 pounds:)

Got on the scale today and I have lost 21 pounds? Is this real? Am I in a dream? WTF!!!!! I am lost for words is this really happening? All my 40 years on this earth I have been large??????
