Workout?

Has anyone done the Body-for-Life 12week challenge since surgery? I'm thinking about it but know I can't do the food part...way too much food per meal. Any ideas? I've hit a month long stall and it's my fault because I haven't begun exercising and it's time to do something

I did it before surgery ( about 6 years before) the workouts are great and when I do weights I still use the workout journal. It's awsome to see how much stronger you get over time. And other than how MUCH food you are eating, the eating guide is quite good ( if I remember right). Lower carbs, higher protein. Good way to go I think : )

I, too, followed this program years ago with great success. I've never been as strong as when I ended that twelve weeks. I would think that with some tweaking you could get close to that diet, mostly less veggies and carbs and a bigger focus on Proteins and shakes.

Thank you for this post. I am stuck, need a shake-up and had not thought of this program in years. I might be following you into it! I absolutely love Bill Phillips' motto, "Fail to plan, plan to fail."

Good Luck!
