Question for those 8 months post op or longer

Do you still take all your vitamins? I'm currently getting a monthly B12 shot, but that's about it.

My last labs were fine.

What are your thoughts on still taking vitamins?

Thanks!

Well said Tiff!

I am anemic. I have been taking Iron and I am more anemic now than

I was before I started taking iron.

There seems to be a pattern on this. On OH, there is a thread " how many of you are anemic" Many people replied that they were.

You can still have chocolate

treats. I take the chocolate chews from Bariatric Advantage. They are Calcium citrate & they are yummy!
