Breakfast or snack

I am going to try this with my daughter.

1 large banana cut in half. Insert popsicle stick. Spread Peanut Butter on banana and roll in raisins for us bandsters (or an oreo crushed or whatever comes to mind for the kidsters ).

Trying to think outside the box.

Keeping in mind that dark chocolate is very good for you in small doses, how about melting some chips and drizzling some over the banana and then freezing it for a super cool and yummy treat :hungry:

Frozen bananas are creamy and a great healthful snack! You can put them through your juicer or use a blender and mix with berries or other fruit for "ice cream". We used to do that at the health food store lunch counter when I worked there.
