Could someone please tell me how to creat and post a weight loss ticker? I want to be able to track my weight loss on the scale ticker like you all have but seem to have missed that info when I created my profile. Please help. Hello to all I am Glen. I had lap band 17 days ago and am new here. I have lost 25 pounds then gain back 2 already so I am stressed out. I thought it was gone forever but see it is a thing to work on. I am greatfull to have found this place as there is no support group here in my town so I was alone untill now. I hope to talk to you all in the chat room and would be happy to share my experiance with anyone that wants to know about it. Glen.

Hello to everyone I seem to be lost so I will post here. I had the Lap Band done on 8/01/2006 Yes just a few weeks now but I must say I have droped 22 pounds as of today. I dont have any after pic as it is to soon to be after but I do have some before photos but thought what is the sence in posting them when it has not been so long. I look at all the before3 and after shots and just want some time to pass so I to can see the difference. I am new here and dont know my way around yet but will do some reading. OOOOHH yes I am sorry I forgot to tell you all I am Glen and I am happy to be here.
