These are my favorites. I never worried about fat content since we need some fat, and these give the best crunch for the least amount of carb consumption. Hard cheese work best like parmesan, and asia

Great ideas,! Excited that we have a Trader Joe's coming to my area soon! Do they have a lot of healthy foods, is that why it is so popular?

I did find cheese crackers (sounds like the homemade ones people mentioned) in the health section of our Price Chopper. Very low carbs and high Protein and ready to eat from the package. Not to the point where I can eat them though.

Thanks for the play by play Tiffykins! I tried these a few weeks ago (with cheddar-doh!) and was so dissapointed when they turned out like little limp grease pattys.

Hard cheese, here I come!!

Hi there!! My dietitian recommended Special K crackers. I eat them with tuna. I love them! I also will grab several for a snack. I keep 'Water crackers' on hand for a change too, but I can't tell you what the carb count is, my surgeon never requires his patients to do that unless they aren't losing. That's never been a problem for me. Anyway, the water crackers with peppercorns is great!!! Otherwise, you'll be hardpressed to find a cracker that is ok, in my humble opinion. I steer clear of anything in a 'box' for the most part. =)

Hi - can anyone give me ideas of some low carb/fat crackers - looking for something to eat tuna with or Humus?
