I hear there is an awesome Vitamin for that called Biotin

check it out..

Any suggestions to help with hair loss? It is really upsetting me. I get lots of Protein.. so I don't understand. Makes me so crazy!

Hi sleeve sister! I'm experiencing the same thing. I just got my hair trimmed up last week so it won't look so noticeable.

From what I have read and been told, there is nothing really we can do to stop the hair loss but it should only go on for a few months. Try not to use freeze hair spray or pull your hair back. I found that it comes out faster when I do that.

I take Biotin (I think it's 5 mg) it won't stop the hair from coming out, but it helps with regrowth and I also started drinking a Protein drink every day to get 40 more grams and it seems to help some.

Best of luck to you!!!! - Tiffany

I started taking Biotin 5000 before surgery and my hair and nails are thick... But I also shampoo and condition with Nioxin 8 cause I have highlights in my hair. Don't use a brush when your hair is wet, use a pick and if you put a dryer to your hair do it on a cool setting every now and then don't blast your head with high heat <like I was> LOL
