I am 9 months out from surgery and have lost a significant amount of weight. At this point I feel like I am eating too much. My nutritionist and doctor never gave me any specific amounts to eat or calories to count. They basically told me to eat slowly and until I am full and then stop. Of course they said to eat protein first and then veggies. I continue to lose weight although not as rapidly as I did in the beginning. At times I can eat a whole sandwich and other times I can eat a cup of cottage cheese and be full. I still eat WAY less than I ever could have before. And I have never eaten to the point of nausea or being sick so I don't really know that I am over eating. Has anyone else noticed or felt that they are eating too much? I don't want to stretch my stomach out and fail at this and am getting a little concerned about the amount of food I can eat. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
