YOGA AND BOXING

I have always been an active person before my sleeve . Does anyone know if its oky to do Yoga and Boxing 6 weeks after having the VGS. And if not , how soon can i start these classes .

My doc said yoga was okay at six weeks. I didn't ask about boxing, sorry.

I'm a former competitive boxer. I think boxing is too much until you are completely healed, 3 months out. And non-contact only, of course. I've been having thoughts about returning to it, but I just don't want to risk having my sleeve ruptured by a serious punch.
