I ignore naysayers and their negativity. I'm doing this for me, and my future. Everyone except for my mom, dad,brother, best friend, and boyfriend try and tell me I'm too young and haven't exhausted all of my weight loss options. I'm only 19. But I've gotten good advice on this site, and I guess the best response I have to those people is I guess you've never been fat, let alone fat for your entire life. I have exhausted all of my options,I have done pills, yoyo dieting, everything you can inagine. So, like I said, I've learned to ignore them, because they aren't a part of my future.
