How Many Calories?

Wondering how many calories you consume at each stage? .....More specifically 4 weeks out? Cause all of a sudden I can eat more without feeling full and I'm a bit panicked because it's so much more than a few days ago, yet it's still only around 800 cals. Is that too much?

Every doctor is different most will have you do between 600-800 around this stage I was unable to get in more then 600 myself... Now almost 9 months out I cycle between 800-1200 a day.

I'm 10 days out and I'm barely getting in 400-600 calories.

I am almost 5 weeks out and have just started getting in 600 cal a day during this last week. I can't imagine trying to eat more than that yet.

I'm on the following throughout my weight-loss period per the doc:

600-800 Calories

60-70gms Protein

40gms Carbs

30gms Fat

I am 2 1/2 wks out and am consuming closer to the 600 mark.
